Sejal enters into Agreement with Brand Equity Treaties Limited, subsidiary of Bennett Coleman and Company Limited for brand building acitivity.

Brand Equities Treaties Limited - A subsidiary of Bennett Coleman and Company Limited has subscribed to 2,00,00,000 Equity shares of Re.1/- each of the Company at a Price of Rs.9/- each on preferential basis. Post allotment of the aforesaid Equity Shares, the shareholding of Brand Equity Treaties Limited as on date is 5.96% of the paid up equity capital of the Company.

The Company has entered into an Advertising Agreement with Brand Equity Treaties Limited for brand building purposes.
